Here is the Psychic Scoop Astro Forecast for the week of July 5 – July 11, 2015:
We start the week (on Sunday) with a lovely Mercury / Venus sextile which is good for communications and interacting with others. This aspect is both loving and harmonious; it’s a good time to express your feelings, whether those are romantic in nature or are born of a desire to let others know that you admire and appreciate them.
The Venus / Mercury aspect can also be very creative. Music, poetry, drama and dance are all highlighted; especially since Mercury is in Gemini and Venus is in Leo. The sextile is a “holding hands” aspect — bringing together Mercury in Gemini’s urge to communicate with Venus in Leo’s flair for drama and showmanship.
On Monday the Sun moves into opposition with Pluto. This is an intense aspect that can pit you against loved ones. The Sun represents the ego while Pluto is tied to confrontations and power struggles so choose your battles wisely. This is not the time to try to force your will on others — the Pluto opposition says you won’t walk away unscathed.
As the best remedy for any opposition is to integrate the two opposing forces, you might need to think about what triggers these types of confrontations. You may be projecting shadow material (also Pluto) onto others and if so it’s going to be necessary to start taking ownership.
On Wednesday Mars trines Neptune just as Mercury moves into Cancer. You may find that your intuition and psychic perceptions are off the charts during this time. The Mars / Neptune aspect can see you tuned into the music of the spheres like never before. This aspect reminds you that you are one with the Universe and everyone in it. It’s creative and compassionate and can inspire you to become a better person.
Mercury moving into Cancer can see you taking a trip down memory lane. Unexpected reminders of the past — songs playing on the radio, sights and sounds and scents from your childhood, even dreams of people you haven’t seen in years — can make you nostalgic and thinking about the past.
Mercury in Cancer is uber sensitive though so make sure you’re not making mountains out of molehills, reading too much between the lines or taking things too personally during this time. It can’t hurt to reach out to someone from your past (especially family members you haven’t kept up with as much as you’d like) and let them know they’ve been on your mind.
Saturday’s Mercury / Node square can see you embroiled in a disagreement or misunderstanding with others. This may not be a pleasant experience but is necessary. Ask yourself whether you’ve contributed to the problem — whether in whole or in part — and if so step in and offer to clean up the mess.
Your interactions with others may have karmic undertones so be mindful of what you say and how you say it. You can make a lot of headway in your relationships by practicing humility and discretion during this time.
