Here is the Psychic Scoop Weekly Astrology Forecast for the week of Sept 8 – Sept 14, 2025:
This week begins with the Moon at 18° Pisces, conjuncting the South Node in the early morning hours on Monday. This comes on the heels of Sunday’s lunar eclipse, which took place at 15° Pisces 22. The Moon’s Nodes are always present within a few degrees of every eclipse, and in this case — with the Moon at the South Node — it will automatically oppose the North Node.
While the Moon is in Pisces, it will be in mutual exception with Jupiter, as each of these planets is in the sign that the other one rules. Moon is in the sign that Jupiter rules (Pisces) and Jupiter is in the sign that the Moon rules (Cancer). These mutual receptions serve to strengthen the natural influences of the planets involved, uniting them in a collaborative effort. In this case, with Venus in the Moon’s sign and vice versa, the art of persuasion and diplomacy should be greatly enhanced.
By Tuesday, the Moon will conjunct Saturn, which has retrograded back into Pisces at 29°, where it’s not only the last degree of Pisces, but also the last degree of the entire zodiac. The 29th degree of any sign is known as an anaretic (or critical) degree, and can be either incredibly inspirational or profoundly problematic. Depending on the planet involved (in this case, Saturn) there’s usually a sense of urgency about getting things accomplished and tying up loose ends.
The fact that Saturn is retrograde at this degree — where it will spend about a week before easing back through earlier degrees — gives us a relatively small window of time to clean up mistakes or clear up misunderstandings that might have been missed when Saturn first passed this point in May. Saturn in Pisces can be somewhat melancholy or wistful, but it’s not afraid of hard work. So now would be a good time to do what needs to be done to right any wrongs that occurred and put them behind you, so that when Saturn makes its final pass, you’ll be starting with a clean slate.
On Wednesday, the Sun conjuncts the South Node just as the Moon did at the start of the week. Bearing in mind that the lunar Nodes are always present at the time of an eclipse. The Sun and Moon conjuncting the lunar Nodes suggests that people you encounter during this time will challenge you to grow karmically, either because of past life ties or because they are facilitators this time around for whatever karmic lessons you’re facing.
Next, it’s Mercury’s turn to conjunct the South Node, which it does on Thursday. Don’t be surprised if someone from your past reaches out to you during this time, or if you receive news related to a former connection. Chance encounters are very common with nodal connections, and when it’s the South Node in play, these “chance” encounters often turn out to be anything but.
Whether it’s a past-life connection or just someone you meet unexpectedly that turns into a significant connection, you want to pay attention. Also, be mindful of what you say and how you say it. Mercury represents communications, and the Nodes are said to be karmic in nature. So pay attention to what you put out there, as it could have long-term repercussions.
On Friday the Sun and Mercury sextile Jupiter. As Jupiter is the planet associated with higher consciousness and spiritual pursuits, this combination is beneficial for expanding your social horizons by stepping outside your usual circle of friends.
This transit refers to a joining of hands between two very dynamic energies, which can propel you toward pursuing your goals with confidence and enthusiasm. It can see you feeling good about yourself, which will draw people to you and open doors where you haven’t even knocked. It’s a relatively passive transit, though, so keep in mind that it’s going to be up to you to step inside.
Mercury catches up with the Sun and completes its conjunction on Saturday. The Sun-Mercury conjunction is a relatively common occurrence, as Mercury never travels more than 28° away from the Sun. This is a superior conjunction, meaning that the Sun is between the Earth and Mercury from our vantage point, rendering Mercury invisible to those of us here on Earth.
Mercury’s conjunction to the Sun is known as “combust” or, in this case, as an exact conjunction, “cazimi’ (in the heart of the Sun). Its influence is said to be heightened and energized, but because Mercury is essentially “hidden” by the Sun, this aspect can be somewhat problematic. The main thing to watch for is information that is hidden or lacking, which can result in making ill-informed decisions.
The asteroid Vesta leaves Scorpio and moves into Sagittarius on Sunday. As Vesta is the goddess of home and hearth, and Sagittarius is the sign associated with freedom, adventure, and personal growth, this would be the time to think about expanding your personal horizons. It provides you with an opportunity to break free from the familiar and challenge yourself by embracing new perspectives and unfamiliar ideologies.
By stepping outside your comfort zone, you open yourself to a world of diverse ideas that can deepen your understanding and spark personal growth. It is a time for being inspired by cultures and lifestyles that are different from your own, and that can open your eyes to how other people live. This can foster empathy and broaden your perspective as it deepens your understanding of the world beyond your own experience.
That’s it for this week. See you next week!
