Weekly Astrology Forecast — Sept 1 – Sept 7, 2025

Weekly Astrology Forecast

Here is the Psychic Scoop Weekly Astrology Forecast for the week of Sept 1 – Sept 7, 2025:

We’ve got a lot going on this week, starting on Monday when Saturn retrogrades back into Pisces, where it will remain for the next five and a half months (until February 15, 2026.) Saturn will be retrograde until November 27th, when it turns stationary direct at 25° Pisces 09′.

During this time, you may be thinking about what (and whom) you want to retain in your life vs. what (or whom) you want to leave behind. You may feel the need to step back and regroup. This can mean ironing out the kinks in a union that’s been faltering, or it can manifest as bringing in someone new.

Saturn in Pisces can mark a period of discontent or disillusionment, especially if it’s aspecting any of your personal planets during this time. It can cause you to question your dreams and aspirations, or put a damper on goals that may have seemed perfectly attainable in the past, but now seem unrealistic. Keep in mind, though, that these retrograde cycles are ideal for revisiting earlier plans and decisions, giving you an opportunity to make changes. Use this time to reassess and make adjustments as needed.

On Tuesday, Mercury leaves Leo and moves into Virgo. This is where Mercury is most at home (along with Gemini, which it shares rulership with). Mercury both rules and is exalted in Virgo, making it not only more comfortable there but purer in expression. It’s good for getting down to the nitty-gritty and figuring out ways to make things better.

Mercury in Virgo, depending on where it’s transiting in your natal chart, can see you feeling like an efficiency expert; it can get you motivated to reorganize your workspace or pick up half-finished products and see them to completion. It’s good for working with facts and figures, editing and proofreading, performing quality control, or just about anything that requires a keen eye for detail. Be careful not to scrutinize everything to such an infinitesimal degree that you fail to see the forest for the trees.  or to be too focused on what’s wrong with every picture, but this signature is great for fine-tuning and refining whatever needs a little sprucing up. If you have a lot of projects

By Wednesday, there are four planets at 1°, with Mercury at 1° Virgo. Uranus at 1° Gemini, Neptune at 1° Aries, and Pluto at 1° Aquarius. Mercury is the main player here, with a square to Uranus and as the focal point of a yod involving Neptune / Saturn, and Pluto. The Mercury / Uranus square can be challenging. It can manifest as an overwhelming need to be “right.” It can be opinionated and argumentative. If you don’t want to risk alienating everyone around you, your best bet will be to bite your tongue and keep your opinions to yourself, at least for the next few days.

The Yod configuration is said to be karmic in nature, particularly in a natal chart. But by transit, the placement of the apex (focal) planet — in this case Mercury — can indicate the manner in which you strive for spiritual growth. With Mercury at the apex, language, communications, and ideas are the driving forces.

Jupiter trines the North Node on Thursday, thus automatically sextiling the South Node. With this transit in play, we can expect to feel more generous and benevolent toward others. And this works both ways; we can just as easily find ourselves the benefactors of someone else’s generosity. With both of these bodies in water signs, connections forged with others during this time are likely to be fortuitous as well.

Where is this transit in your natal chart? The Jupiter portion of this transit describes where things should be going well for you and where you’re likely to be doing things in a big way. The North Node’s placement is where you’re laying the groundwork for personal growth and potential. So this transit, relative to the houses each planet falls in in your natal chart, will describe how you go about achieving that.

Mars moves up to square Jupiter on Friday. This combination can be problematic. It’s loaded with blustery bravado that can see you biting off way more than you can chew or promising way more than you can deliver. It can amplify your confidence and thus the urge to act impulsively or engage in high-risk situations.

The good news is that it has both the confidence and energy to get things done. But it can be overly confident, which is where problems can arise. If you feel the need to “blow off steam,” take a deep breath and count to 10. This transit can be rambunctious and irascible, and can have you saying or doing things you might later regret.

Uranus goes stationary retrograde on Saturday, 1° Gemini 56′. It will be retrograde for the next 5 months (until February 4, 2026). Due to the retrograde, it will go back into Taurus for the last time — at least for the next 86 years — from November 9th until April 25th, 2026.

As with all retrogrades, the planetary energy is turned inward, making those sudden flashes of Uranian brilliance and insight all the more real. Uranus is known as the “great awakener” and loves to shake things up — just to make sure we’re paying attention. It’s a naturally rebellious archetype, but the retrograde makes it less about bucking the system and more about challenging our own deeply personal ideals.

Uranus retrograde forces you to look at what you believe in and decide whether it has value to you personally. During this time, you may discover that you can no longer allow yourself to give lip service to something that you’re not aligned with spiritually or philosophically. Uranus retrograde says it’s time to question everything you’ve been taught and have held to be true.

Blood MoonAs the week comes to an end, we’ll have a Full “Blood” Moon total lunar eclipse on Sunday. This takes place at 15° Pisces 22 and will be exact at  6:08 p.m. UT (or 2:08 p.m. EDT).

The September Full Moon is known as the Full Corn Moon (and this year it’s also the full Harvest Moon) in Native American traditions. But this month — courtesy of the reddish hue that the Moon will take on during the eclipse — it’s also being referred to as the Full Blood Moon.

This lunar eclipse will be visible in most parts of the world (just about everywhere but North and South America) and should be a sight to behold. The Full Moon each month provides an overview of the progress you’ve made since its New Moon counterpoint in August. Seeds that were planted then will surely have sprouted; do you need to make adjustments or change your course entirely? Now is the time to think about what you’ve accomplished and where you want to go from here.

The Pisces Full Moon shines the spotlight on dreams, fantasies, intuition, and inspiration. It’s sensitive, compassionate and kind. It invites us to tap into the collective unconscious and to get in touch with our intuition. It denotes a time of putting ourselves in other people’s shoes to get a better understanding of what they might be going through. Because this is one of the most loving and compassionate moons, it’s also a good time to seek forgiveness and to grant it to others.

Because it’s also a part of a lunar eclipse, it can act as a powerful conduit for change. The Eclipse brings a greater awareness to whatever is no longer working for you so that you can release or transform it. It brings to light that which has been suppressed or hidden — even from yourself — along with the incentive to make changes. That’s it for this week. See you next week!
