Online Affairs, Cheating or Innocent

Online affairs, is it really cheating or just innocent conversations? I guess it depends on who you ask.

For me, I believe it’s a form of cheating but not everyone would agree. Of course, if you are the one having the online affairs, I’m sure you might say it’s just innocent conversation.

There are always two sides to every story, let’s explore both and see what you think.

According to Wikipedia, the definition for an affair is: An affair is a sexual relationship, romantic friendship, or passionate attachment between two people without the attached person’s significant other knowing.

Romance: Vital To Every Relationship

Romance is vital to a relationship, it can ebb and flow but not always easy to keep going. Remember in the beginning of the relationship, you both did romantic gestures for each other. Over the years it seems that the romance has taken a back seat to your everyday life. Most couples feel there just isn’t time or some feel now that we are fully in the relationship, romantic gestures aren’t really necessary. Well, I’m here to tell you no matter how long you’ve been together or whatever else you have going on in your life, it’s time to kick the romance back into the relationship. It will help to keep your relationship alive and healthy.

Senior Dating: Where Do You Begin?

Senior dating, where do you begin? That’s a good question and one I hear often from my clients looking to get back out there.

Dating has changed so much since most of us seniors were even thinking about it, let alone having to start all over again.

Personally for me, I was 50 when I got remarried and to be honest, I wasn’t looking to date or get married at the time. Actually, I had just told my friend I was tired of the dating thing and would probably just get a puppy to keep me company.

It can really be hard to even know where to begin, especially if you were married for many years or in a long term relationship. Divorce, passing of a spouse or life-long partner, whatever the reason, it doesn’t get easier. It’s especially hard if you were in an abusive marriage or relationship, or your partner cheated.

It takes a lot for you to trust again. It’s not any easier if you were in a loving marriage or relationship and your partner passed away. I’ve heard many widows and widowers say they feel like they would be cheating if they were to get into dating or even remarried. Your friends and family keep telling you to get back out there but they have no idea you don’t even know how or where to begin.

The Color of Feeling (Aura)

Aura

Hello 🙂  My name is Malia.  I am a natural empath, intuitive, psychic and practitioner of energy healing. Although, there are times it seems more accurate to say I am an interpreter of vibration, feeling and color.

When a client calls me, the first thing I turn my attention to is typically color, specifically aura (the field of energy emanating from and returning to a person) color and what I am perceiving around the person and those they are asking about.

I will often mention the colors and what they mean, how these colors feel to me.  I also see the aura, not the physical body, when I read a person.

The following is meant to be a simple guide/explanation of the colors I usually explore through my work, how they feel to me.

These definitions are not meant to correlate or compete with any other explanation of aura color and meaning; however, I have found my experience to be similar to that of Edgar Cayce, as described in the book “Auras and Colors” by Kevin J Todeschi and Carol Ann Liaros.

Communication, A Vital Part of Every Relationship

communication vital part of relationships

We all know that communication is a vital part of every relationship, but do you really know the meaning of the word, communication.

According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, the correct meaning of communications is: “the act or process of using words, sounds, signs, or behaviors to express or exchange information or to express your ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc., to someone else”.

What is doesn’t mean is just talking or texting to each other.

Most couples will tell you they talk to each other, but I have to wonder how many actually listen, hear or understand what the other person is trying to convey.

There are many ways to communicate, some good and some bad. Do you know the difference? The best way form of communication is always face to face, but even that can fail if you aren’t really listening, hearing or just paying attention.

Let’s take a look at some things that might hinder or cause a lack of communication.

Hello.  My name is Malia.  I am energy/aura reader, empath, channel & practitioner of energy healing.

What does it mean to be an empath? It is one thing to discover you are an empath, having the ability feel others feelings and even physical sensations, but it’s an entirely different journey to learn then what that means for you, how (or whether) to interpret the information, and how to bring yourself to a healthy and centered place again and again. And, it is entirely possible, even probable, that you arrived here, in this life, having forgotten your power, who you truly are, what your gifts are and how to use/focus them.  In recent years, I have been offered ongoing guidance to assist fellow empaths in exploring their gifts and learning to ground, and as a result, have a more peaceful life experience.  For the purpose of this article, I am sharing guidance regarding intuition, the language of the heart.

So, you’re an empath, now what?

Soulmate vs Lifemate part 3 (transcribed group session with Malia)

soulmate vs lifemate

The following is the transcribed version of a recorded Empath Group session with Malia via www.Empath-Malia.com.  Soulmate vs Lifemate: What is a soulmate and what is a lifemate?

Introduction to soulmate vs lifemate conversation:

For the sake of clarity, a reading/session with me (Malia) is an interpretation of visual (clairvoyant) and audio (clairaudient) information, along with physically felt sensations (empathic and clairsentient) information. There are times you hear me say “they are saying.” There are times I am describing what I am seeing. Also, there are times I am feeling my way through a question. I do try to make it clear how the information comes through, but it is not always as easy as it might seem to switch gears and stop tuning in so that I might tell you.  As well, there are times I am interpreting multiple “frequencies” (you might compare this experience to having a conversation with multiple guides and then relaying that information to you, the audience). Thank you for your presence in this experience with me 🙂

How to Spot a Romantic Intensity Addiction

Imagine a summer romance novel; a delicious story of romance and intrigue wherein our hero or heroine meets a potential partner so daring, dangerous, distant or complicated that their heart-breaking, intense and destructive pairing is the most fascinating and fun read ever.

But imagine if our heroine met  a broker with a stable job, a dog and a nice house, and they lived happily ever after instead? BORING!

Even though we live in a culture that pursues balance, prosperity and happiness, there’s a part of all of us that appreciates the dark, passionate, difficult entanglement of drama and intensity.

While passion and deep emotions are a natural part of our human nature and lend to the beauty of our lives, intensity and drama can also be addictive and, in extreme cases, this addiction can destroy relationships and lives.

Everyone likes intensity sometimes, but the relationship intensity-addict seeks out constant sources of excitement, seduction, and the giddy “highs” of sexual or emotional attraction but is never fulfilled or sated by these highs, so they seek them out over and over again in increasingly risky or limiting scenarios. They often see themselves simply  as poetic and hopeless romantics until they hit the same walls over and over.
