This month’s results are posted below. These cards reveal your specific message for the New Moon Solar Eclipse which takes place on Wednesday, March 9th at 1:54am UT (Tuesday, March 8th at 8:54pm ET).

The Sabian symbol for this degree is: “A Master Instructing His Pupil.” This is a powerful symbol that refers to the process of disseminating information to others as well as absorbing it ourselves.

This symbol is relevant for all of us as we’re all affected by the lunar cycle. The card results below provide nine additional Sabian symbols which may be more personally relevant for you (depending on which card you selected).

They refer to the Moon’s conjunction to each planet (aside from Mercury) as she moves through her 28-day lunar cycle. There is no Moon Mercury conjunction during this cycle.

Here are the interpretations for each of the positions, starting with card 1:

card-1Card 1 — Moon conjunct Chiron

If you picked this card, the energy of the Moon conjunct Chiron will resonate with you during this lunar cycle. This aspect occurs on March 9th at 20° Pisces 54.

The Sabian Symbol for this degree is: “A little white lamb, a child and a Chinese servant.” There’s an innocence and a sense of purity associated with this degree, as well as an awareness and acceptance of our differences.

It represents the call to be of service to those who are smaller and more vulnerable than us. From the servant to the child and the child to the lamb. It speaks of the ability to recognize our own weakness in others, and to draw from our experiences to comfort them.

With respect to the Moon / Chiron conjunction, compassion for others — for all creatures great and small — is emphasized for you during this cycle.

There’s a desire to nurture and protect those who are less fortunate, and to tap into your own bottomless pool of empathy to bring healing and solace to those who need it.

This is a time of emotional purity and sensitivity. It’s a time for shrugging off your cynicism and renewing your appreciation for innocence, simplicity and most importantly love.

You may be called upon to serve as a guardian over someone smaller or more vulnerable than you during this time. You may also find yourself forming a deeper connection with your own spirit guides. Either way, don’t forget to tend to your own tender heart. The Moon / Chiron conjunction can bring tremendous healing to you through offer the same to others.

card-2Card 2 — Moon conjunct Uranus

If you picked this card, the energy of the Moon conjunct Uranus will resonate with you during this lunar cycle. This aspect occurs on March 11th at 18° Aries 54.

The Sabian Symbol for this degree is: “The magic carpet of oriental imagery.” This symbol is all about gaining altitude and rising above the petty challenges that threaten to distract you from what’s really important to you.

It’s speaks of lifting off and letting your imagination take flight. Getting an overview of whatever problems you’ve been facing and gaining a fresh perspective.

When viewed symbolically rather than logistically, the “oriental” (eastern) reference continues along this line, with the idea of the Sun rising in the east representing new beginnings.

With respect to the Uranus conjunction, it speaks of preparing yourself for change. These are not just changes that come at you from the outside but also those that are rising up from within, ready to emerge.

This is a time for creating and embracing change in your life. Shaking things up and breaking apart anything that is stagnant or has become crystallized. Being ready to grab hold of those flashes of insight that can strike at a moment’s notice and using them to propel you forward.

There’s a radical and somewhat rebellious energy associated with Moon conjunct Uranus. But it’s not about doing things for shock value, it’s about truly finding your own unique voice and learning to use it to change the world.

card-3Card 3 — Moon conjunct Jupiter Rx

If you picked this card, the energy of the Moon conjunct Jupiter will resonate with you during this lunar cycle. This aspect occurs on March 22 at 16° Virgo 33.

The Sabian Symbol for this degree is “A volcano in eruption.” This symbol speaks of the potential for cataclysmic events to occur and upset your carefully constructed world. This can be scary and can see you running for cover. But look at the exquisite beauty that’s created in its wake.

Is it possible that you need some kind of external crisis to shake you out of your comfortable existence in order to make room for something more extraordinary to take its place?

Think about what you’ve been holding onto — or in what ways you’ve been just going with the flow or maintaining the status quo — where it might have been better to wipe the slate clean and start new.

The Moon / Jupiter cycle is first and foremost about expanding your horizons. It’s about stepping outside your comfort zone and exploring unchartered territories.

You may feel the urge to travel during this cycle or embark on a new area of study. It’s a good time to learn a new language, immerse yourself in a foreign culture or embrace a new way of thinking. It’s about finding inspiration in the world around you and being an inspiration to others.

This is an important cycle as it’s also directly opposite the New Moon solar eclipse. The volcanic theme is repeated with this opposition in that it is likely to expose some holes in your thinking — your ideas about politics, religion and philosophy. With the Square to Saturn also in play, this aspect may have you looking at what needs to be thrown out and what is going to be important to for you to try to rework and salvage.

With respect to the Moon conjunct the North Node (and thus automatically conjuncting the South Node), this transit continues along the lines of the past (your ancestry) meeting the present (the legacy you will one day pass on to others).

The South Node is tied to past life karma and the challenges that you’re bringing forward into this lifetime. The North Node represents lessons you are learning this time around as well as the progress you’re making toward your own evolutionary process.

With the Moon conjuncting the North Node, you want to be thinking about what kind of legacy you are creating and how you are presenting it to others. What are you standing up for? And what do you believe in? And how will you leave this world a better place?

This is taking pride in the image you’re projecting out onto the world. Whether this is in your neighborhood, your community or the world at large, the focus is on taking a stand and making an impression that will resonate with others long after you’re gone.

The Moon / Mars conjunction is all about energy, action and adventure. It’s about being on the verge of something new and exciting, knowing that the anticipation is just as exhilarating as the adventure itself.

This aspect speaks of feeling vibrant and alive. It’s daring and bold, ready to take charge and go after your heart’s desires. This is not the time to be timid or reserved — at least when it comes to love.

The Moon / Mars conjunction is known for its impatience and recklessness. So you want to temper some of your enthusiasm with some good old-fashioned common sense. But as long as you’re ready to put your heart on the line, you can expect that door to be opened and for love to be waiting on the other side.

What is it you’re still holding onto that has been holding you back? What needs to be taken apart and examined so that you can heal it and put it to rest?

More importantly, in what ways have your recent experiences forced you to make changes that may have been painful at the time but which now are bringing you close to your God?

It represents a period of transformation and liberation. It’s a time of undergoing great personal change — physically, emotionally and spiritually. You can claim victory in all of these areas.

The Moon / Pluto conjunction is also tightly aspecting Uranus during this time. This can increase the tension and turn those changes into explosions (figuratively). So keep the higher manifestations of aspect in mind and use it to search rather than destroy.

You can make great progress during this cycle in all aspects of your life. You must be willing to let go of whatever is no longer serving you to make room for all that is.

This symbol speaks of reaching up to the “heavens” toward spiritual enlightenment. It’s about divine inspiration that is pursued collectively but experienced personally.

The Moon / Neptune conjunction continues along this theme with its emphasis on intuition and perception. It is dreamy, idealistic and imaginative. It’s a natural visionary with innate psychic abilities and a desire to merge with a higher power.

There’s a gentle, ethereal quality associated with this conjunction that can render it somewhat fragile. Because of this, it’s important to create a sacred space for you to when you’re feeling overwhelmed.

This is a time of pursuing a spiritual path and for seeking out inspiration. Whether you’re joining together with others or are experiencing a spiritual awakening on your own, remember that this is about merging with — rather than separating from — the Source.

The Venus / Moon conjunction speaks of opening your heart to the prospect of love, beauty, romance and affection. When you place it it at the first degree of Aries (the “Aries point”), magic can happen!

You may feel at times that you’re caught between two worlds. The realm of emotions (the ocean) and the realm of tangible physical experience (the seal). The key with this card (and this transit) is to understand transcend the boundaries that may limit your experience and embrace all facets of experience.

You may be feeling nostalgic and longing for loved ones from days gone by. A lover from the past may resurface during this time or you may feel the urge to reach out and touch someone from long ago.

While you may not be able to literally go back home — at least to that simpler time where life seemed so much less complicated — you can reconnect with loved ones and heal old wounds. Use this time to get in touch with your feelings and to tell those that you care about exactly how you feel.
